| Tutoring because we're here to help 4 Nex-Generations offers one-on-one or small group academic tutoring sessions to students from each of its community schools, Alden Terrace, Clara H. Carlson, Covert Avenue, Dutch Broadway, Gotham Avenue, Stewart Manor, Carey High School, Elmont Memorial High School, Floral Park High School, New Hyde Park High School, Sewanhaka High School. Services are offered to students who are in need of assistance to acquire requisite knowledge, or who may simply want to excel in a given course. Trained tutors will assist students with assessing tutoring needs, developing a plan of action for academic improvement, specific skill development, as well as showing them how to properly prepare assignments for courses within their respective disciplines.
