Brokerage and Financial Education firm, Inc. The 4 Nex-Generations mission is to be
the primary independent residential brokerage and community consultant for First-
time home buyers and families. 4 Nex-Generations, wants to increase homeowner ship
while strengthen individuals, youths, families, and communities housing and financial
literacy awareness. Furthermore, 4 Nex-Generations develop and implement services
that focus on attaining and retaining homeowner ship while empowering youth’s with
essential skills for today, tomorrow and after.
Mrs. Salley, a longtime real estate professional over 10 years experience, member of
the Multiple Listing service, and member of the National Board of Realtors & Long
Island Board of Realtors, is widely recognized throughout New York and the nation
for her many efforts and accomplishments in the areas of community outreach and
education. Mrs. Salley, developed and implemented an amazing community outreach
real estate brokerage-firm with a mix, “The Community Home buyers Education and
Consumer Financial Education Program.”

Mr. Salley is a license salesperson at 4 Nex-Generations; prior to joining his co-
foundership organization full-time he invested over 20 years of his services with a
Fortune 500 company while there he worked several years in various corporate
departments organizing and structuring departments in addition to, supervising staff.
Furthermore, Trell Salley is a member of the Board of Realtors, National Association of
Realtors, and Long Island Board of Realtors.
